Mary's Festival

St. Mary's University is holding a "Mary's Festival" on Saturday, June 1, 2024. They have invited us to provide artwork for show and sale at the Mauro Gallery, in their old water tower. We plan to dedicate one wall to traditional images of Mary in various styles, and the others will be used to showcase a variety of other subjects. 

Times:  Please drop off your artwork on Friday, May 31 beginning at 11 am, and stick around to help set up, if you can. Bring your business cards.

The show and sale will take place Saturday, June 1, 11 am to 4pm. We have been asked to arrive by 8 am to complete final preparations. We will also need to stay after the show to help take it down. Please let us know what shifts you can take, to help answer questions and promote our group. We will assign shifts according to your availability. 

Saturday Shifts
8:00 am - 10:00 am
10:00 am - noon
11:00 am - 1:00  pm
1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm (includes helping to take down the show)

Location: St. Mary's University
                      14500 Bannister Road, SE

Registration and Labels: Please let us know you plan to participate, and please send us your label information. We are going to have one person make the labels, to provide a consistent "look" throughout the exhibit.
